We start with goals, users, and constraints. Stakeholder interviews and a competitive review lead to a clear scope and a signed brief. You know what is in, what is out, and why.

Plan, one week

We document scope, timeline, and architecture. You get a sprint by sprint plan, a written architecture, and a fixed price proposal for the build.

Build, six to sixteen weeks

Weekly demos on a live staging environment. The build grows every week and course corrections happen on Fridays, not on launch day.

Launch and beyond, two weeks then ongoing

Performance audits, SEO checks, and monitoring. A real launch with runbooks and a team that knows what to do at 2am.
